LGC Organised the TALK Series with their 1st TALK Discussion of the Alumni Association, offering an overview of 2017 and presenting a new perspective on the challenges and opportunities for 2018. TALK is an initiative of TLP Alumni with the aim of analyzing the challenges and opportunities surrounding the Republic of Kosovo on a variety of fields. Similar to the discussion held on Thursday, each TALK shall approach and address specific challenges we face as a society and shall offer new perspectives for resolving the concerns identified.
Also LGC organized an End of the Year Cocktail to celebrate the end of a successful year, to recognize the remarkable achievements of our TLP volunteers, and to make way for an even more productive 2018.

LGC organized the first Committee meetings of the TLP-CC Alumni Associations during which Heads of Committees were elected. TLP Alumni Association is now fully functional and up and running! The Association consists of an elected structure with the Assembly as the highest decision-making body, the Executive Board and four Standing Committees.

TLP Citizens Corps will continue to work closely with The TLP-Alumni Association in their efforts to maintain strong ties and contribute to our society.

With the aim of re-energizing the ProfessionalWomensNetwork (PWN), as the voice for inclusive and developmental policies for Kosovo’s state building process, the Leadership and Growth Council supported by the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, kicked off its series of events with a meeting to discuss key concerns spanning across all sectors and industries and to identify subject areas to be addressed at future events.

LGC organised the first TLP Alumni Association board meeting. During this meeting, Chairperson and Vice Chairperson of the board were elected as well as proposed ruled and regulations were approved. The board will continue working towards implementation of the strategy and realization of the goals of the Association.

Leadership and Growth Council (LGC) organized the first General Assembly Meeting of the TLP Alumni Association on November 1, 2017 at the University of Prishtina New Library Building.
The purpose of this meeting was for TLP Alumni to vote and elect its governing structures such as board members and committee members.
