TLP Alumni Association hosted its 3rd TALK – Constitution Week

On April 11th the TLP Alumni Association hosted its 3rd TALK as activity no. 2 in marking Constitution Week.

The focus of the TALK was the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo 10 years after ratification, its greatest challenges, its resilience throughout political instability and what the foreseeable future of Kosovo’s statehood has in store with respect to inevitable constitutional amendments.

The TALK’s esteemed panelists included:
Prof. Dr. Gjylieta Mushkolaj, Prof. Dr. Arsim Bajrami, Sevdail Kastrati, Dastid Pallaska and Alban E. Krasniqi

Meeting the TLP-CC partners

LGC organized a meeting with the TLP-CC partners.who have supported volunteer placements of TLP Graduates and had the opportunity to work closely with the volunteers in many projects and benefit from each other’s experiences. This time with Kolegji Universum and Kosova Education Center – KEC, who have supported and cooperated with a considerable number of volunteers during the last 2 years. Also another meeting took place in Mitrovica, with 7 arte, Community Building Mitrovica and New Social Initiative – Nova društvena inicijativa.

2nd TALK Event – TLP AA

The TLP Alumni Association’s 2nd TALK was hosted by its Science, Innovation and Technology Committee in partnership with Innovation Centre Kosovo. The TALK’s theme was Cryptocurrency, including a discussion facilitated by our panelists Ermal Sadiku, Partin Pruthi, Milot Mehmeti and Dite Gashi on what Cryptocurrency is, will it ever replace the current banking system, the importance of Blockchain, and where Kosovo stands within the discussion.

Professional Women’s Network (PWN) Strategic Planning

Yesterday, LGC hosted the first Professional Women’s Network (PWN) Strategic Planning meeting sponsored by RFB Fund.During this meeting PWN members identified key sectors of interest, detailed their goals and objectives for 2018 and also selected activities for the upcoming months. The Network will meet again soon to finalize its Strategy and proceed with its agenda of activities and events. See some of the pictures!
