Welcome Home reception and Orientation to Volunteerism – Third Cohort

USAID Transformational Leadership Program – Citizens Corps (TLP-CC) welcomed home and held an orientation to volunteerism session for the third cohort of Graduates. TLP-Citizens Corps graduates were addressed and encouraged by the U.S. Ambassador Delawie.
TLP-Citizens Corps will promote a volunteerism culture by giving back to the community throughout Kosovo Society. USAID Kosovo in partnership with LGC will encourage each of our returned TLP graduates to complete a minimum of 400 hours of volunteer work in appropriate organizations being, public, private or non-governmental organization in Kosovo.

TLP-AA Board Meeting on annual workplan

TLP-AA Executive Board held its bimonthly meeting to approve the annual work-plan for 2018-2019 and discuss, in greater detail, the activities steered through its four standing committees.

TALK 4 – GDPR

One day prior to its implementation throughout the EU, the TLP Alumni Association in cooperation with Venture UP hosted its fourth TALK covering the newest EU data protection regulation -the GDPR. With mounting interest coming from the business community concerning obligations deriving out of GDPR, our panelists Dardan Xhymshiti, Elvin Mala and Valon Kryeziu avidly informed all those present of the increased obligations of organizations and the strengthening of the rights of individuals.
